Murder, suicide, marijuana grow-ops — houses with a haunted history are a hard sell.
The house at 934 Ossington Ave. has been for sale since shortly after the murder of Allan Lanteigne in 2011. Though the lavish five-bedroom house may well be worth the asking price of $949,000, it has languished on the market despite multiple attempts to sell it over the past 15 months.
